Drilling Down Into a Grouping

<aside> 💡 To view the Inventory items that are a part of a group, double-click the group; alternately, highlight the group and click the ‘view’ button at the top of the screen

This page will behave similarly to the Customer Inventory page; Inventory can be viewed, edited, and added to Work Orders

Adding Inventory to New Work Orders

<aside> 💡 Users can add Inventory to Outbound Work Orders from the Grouping View. New Work Orders can be created with this capability. Inventory can be added to existing Work Orders if the Work Order is in Created status (See Statuses for more info). Follow the same process for Grouping Work Orders.

  1. Invoke the Grouping View

  2. Select the Inventory for the Work Order

  3. Click Move, then click Move to New Work Order

  4. Click the Save button towards the top of the popup to create the Work Order

<aside> 💡 To manually adjust the Quantity of a Line Item with this capability, add one item at a time

Uncheck the Add All Inventory checkbox and use the number picker to edit the Quantity

<aside> 💡 Unlike the Inventory View, Reserved Groupings do not highlight or get reordered as HQ Warehouse cannot predict which Location the Inventory will be fulfilled from, however; the Quantity Reserved is incremented and the Quantity Available is decremented
