<aside> đĄ Grouping is a way to sort and categorize Inventory in HQ Warehouse. A group can be made up using Articles, their Description and a combination of Attributes, Standard and Custom fields. If any Inventory items have the exact same data in all of the grouping fields, they will be grouped together.

<aside> đĄ When viewing Inventory by Grouping, items are sorted into different groups based on the criteria that has been configured for the Customer
<aside> âšī¸ Articles that have had their Descriptions overridden will create a new Group

<aside> đĄ In HQ Warehouse, these two Groups would roll up like this:

<aside> đĄ From the Grouping View, only the Groups are displayed. Select a Group to view the individual pieces. The Quantity On Hand column indicates how many items are in this group. The grid on this page will only display columns that are a part of the Grouping criteria.

Click the Configuration tab to get started then click the Grouping tab
Select the desired fields then click the Save button
Article and Description are required
Accept warning to proceed

<aside> đĄ The Grouping History is set and displays the User that set it, the date time it was set and the Grouping fields

Navigate to the Customer Inventory grid and set Grouping to true
<aside> đĄ The Grouping View is invoked
