Statuses 📖
Created
- The Initial status of a Work Order
- Line Items can be added from the Inventory grid and the Work Orders page
- Work Orders in this status do not get sent to mobile
- Web Work orders in this status can only be seen by the Portal User that created them and Admins
Submitted
- Work Order Statuses are updated to Submitted after a Warehouse User clicks the Submit button towards the top Work Order page
- Web Work Orders Statuses are updated to Submitted after a Portal User clicks the Submit button towards the top Work Order page and after they are Approved
- Line Items can only be added on the Work Orders page from this point on
- Setting a Work Order into submitted status automatically set Download to Device to True
- Web Work Orders in Submitted status can be seen and processed by Warehouse Users
- Portal Users cannot add Inventory to Web Work Orders in Submitted status, however; Warehouse Users can
Processing
- Work Order Statuses are updated to Processing after at least one Line Item has been processed on the web or on mobile
- Line Items can still be added on the Work Orders page
