By adding Inventory to an Outbound Work Order, it gets highlighted in blue, listed last in the Inventory List, the Quantity Available is decremented and the Quantity reserved is incremented

Reserved Inventory cannot be added to Outbound Work Orders
Reserved Inventory cannot be added to Outbound Work Orders
Inventory Reserved on Work Orders will always be listed last even if there is Quantity Available:
