<aside> 💡 The Profile Sharing capability allows companies on the same HQ Warehouse site to share Customers with one another.

The owner of the Parent Customer is the only one that can set and update Customer Details, Articles, Portal Users, Attachments, Configuration, Cost Centers and Sharing. The company that accesses the Child Customer can only create Orders, Inventory and Work Orders, however; they can view all the details about that Customer.

<aside> 💡 Example:

Should a moving company have an account that has needs for Warehouse services in Santa Fe and in St Louis but the moving company servicing the account only has a Warehouse in one of those cities, then they will contract a second moving company to do the work that the first cannot. If they are both use the same HQ Warehouse site then they can link up via a Sharing Record.
