Navigating the Wizard

  1. On the Report Designer Page, click the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the page, then click the Design in Report Wizard option

  2. Select your Report Type

  3. Select Yes, let me choose an existing data source from the list and click Next at the bottom, righthand corner of the Wizard

  4. Select the WorkOrderItems Data Source

  5. Select the fields that will display on the report

  6. Select fields to group by, this is optional

  7. If there are integer type fields selected in step 2 then functions can be performed on the report

Adding Parameters

  1. In it’s current state this report will display all Work Orders the user has access to grouped by Work Order Number; click the Preview button in the top righthand corner to run it

  2. The report will render

  3. To reduce the results a Parameter and Filter can be added

  4. Click the Field List button

  5. Click the Plus button on the Parameters row

  6. Configure the Parameter
