| Articles | A catalog of generic inventory for a Customer Windfall. | ‣ |
| Company | Represents individual moving company locations or agents or branches. Companies have a one to one relationship with Parent records. | ‣ |
| Components | Components are an extension of Inventory giving users the ability to track what is inside of a container. They have their own Work Orders and Custom fields. | ‣ |
| Configuration | Each Windfall Customer can be configured differently: Custom Data Fields, Groupings, Warehouse Translations and more. | ‣ |
| Cost Centers | Cost Centers are departments or units within a company to which costs may be applied differently. They are mainly used for accounting and billing purposes. | ‣ |
| Custom Fields | Fields that can be configured for each Customer. | ‣ |
| Customer | The CRM module and record type of Windfall, includes Commercial Accounts and Household Goods entities | ‣ |
| Grouping | Grouping is an advanced process for condensing high inventory counts using Articles and potentially a combination of Attributes, Standard and Custom fields. | ‣ |

| Parents | Represents the corporate or head entity of a Moving Company. Parent records are the highest in the record hierarchy; everything else is parked under a Parent record. | ‣ |
| Portal | The Customer Portal is a place for the Customer of a Moving Company to see and request their Inventory. | ‣ |
| Standard Fields | Fields that are available to all Customers. | ‣ |
| Transactions | Activities like receive, move and ship that come from the companion mobile application; transactions are validated by a Transaction Processor before updating inventory on the web. | ‣ |
| Warehouse | Represent a warehouse for a moving company. They have a one to one relationship with Company records, however; Company records can have multiple warehouse records parked underneath them. | ‣ |
