Update Work Order Message 📖

Prepare the Test

  1. Set the API Key in the top righthand corner

  2. Click the Work Orders Group and then the Update Work Order Message Endpoint

  3. Scroll down to the Model and click it

  4. The Model is now copied into the WorkOrderMessageUpdateParameter free-typing field ; use the resize grabber to expand the free-typing field

Set the Parameters and Fields

  1. Set the B2B Code and the Windfall Customer Name Parameters

  2. Set the desired Work Order Number and Work Order Message ID

  3. Set the Subject and Message ; the Subject can contain 50 characters and the Message can contain 400 characters
