  1. Click the Sharing button in a Commercial Customer

  2. Click the New button towards the top of the page

  3. Select the Agent who will be performing the work and click the Share button

  4. The Agent is added to the shared list for the Customer and the Customer will display in that Agent’s Customer Grid highlighted in purple
