<aside> 💡 Data captured on a user’s device is not automatically saved. If a device is lost or broken, options to retrieve the data within it may be limited. As a safeguard, the Save To Server feature will backup the job and allow the order to be redownloaded in its most recently saved state.

Save To Server 📖


<aside> 💡 Saving to the server allows the order to be downloaded in it’s most recently saved state. This is especially useful in Van to Van transfers or when handling a leg of an SIT order. It can also be used as a backup method to protect a user’s work.

  1. Navigate to the Shipment Menu for a single customer

  2. Hit the Save To Server button in the top right corner

  3. A popup box will ask you to confirm, hit Yes

  4. When the save is complete, the app will notify users that the upload is complete. Hit OK.
