Email

  1. Select Email from the Actions Menu
  2. Select whether to use the Device Email or HQ Driver to email the report

<aside> πŸ’‘ Device Email

  1. Recipient will default to the shipper email
  2. Add any additional email addresses if needed
  3. The report is an attachment in the body of the email. Add any additional text if desired.
  4. When finished, in the top right corner, hit the Send button </aside>

<aside> πŸ’‘ Default (via HQ Driver)

  1. Verify the shipper email and driver information are correct
  2. Add any additional text to the body of the email in the text box provided
  3. To add a recipient, in the top right corner hit Options. Select Add Recipient. Enter the additional email in the newly created field.
  4. When finished, at the bottom, hit Send Email </aside>

Email & Save

<aside> πŸ’‘ Selecting this option will follow the same process as the standard Email method (see above), but it will also save a copy of the report to the Doc Library.

Print

<aside> πŸ’‘ Make sure the blutooth printer is on and connected to the device before attempting to print.

  1. Select Print from the Actions Menu
