After setting up the Warehouse and it’s Locations, configuring Customers, it is finally time to Receive Inventory

Receive Inventory (Web) πŸ“–


  1. Navigate to the Customer

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Navigate to the Customer’s Inventory tab then Click New β†’ New Inventory

  2. Fill Out Inventory Information

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Set the Inventory Number and the Order Number

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Users can select an Article from the drop down, and enter any additional information for the piece

  3. Add Location

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Click the Locations Tab then the Add Location tab; Inventory must have a Location in order to save

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Use the Location dropdown to select a Warehouse Location then click the Save button

<aside> βœ… Click the Save button toward the top of the popup to save the Inventory to Receive the item. Users can update most of the Inventory info later.

<aside> βœ… Save creates the Inventory for the Customer

Save/New creates the Inventory for the Customer and reloads the page to create a new Inventory

Save/Copy creates the Inventory and copies each field except the Inventory Number field

Conditions/Exceptions

<aside> πŸ’‘ Click the Exceptions tab to add Warehouse Exceptions and View Driver Exceptions

Add an Image
