Rapid Scan 📖


<aside> 💡 Rapid Scan can be used for Inbound, Move and Outbound scans. This example will show how to invoke Rapid Scan on an Inbound scan.

  1. Press the Inventory In activity

  2. Select the Customer the Inventory will be Received under

  3. Select the Order

  4. Set the Rapid Scan toggle to True

  5. Set Inventory Number, the To Location and any Standard or Custom fields, then press the Continue button

    <aside> 💡 This loads the Rapid Scan screen; the current To Location and Inventory Number is displayed

  6. Press the Camera button to continue scanning

  7. Change the To Location by pressing the Change Location button

  8. Set or Scan the desired To Location and press the Continue button

  9. Press the Continue button on the Rapid Scan screen to pass the Transactions over to the Transaction Processor
