• Creating the Customer and Order records
• Ensure the Article Catalogs and Attributes match for the Articles that will be moved
• Check the Inv. Display checkbox for the Custom Fields that will be used, the label is inconsequential </aside>

Moving Components to a new Customer 📖

1. Once preparations are completed Navigate to the Customer Inventory gridSelect the Parent

2. Inventory that contain the Components that are moving to a new Customer

3. Click Move → Move to New Customer

   <aside> 💡 Note: If there is an Article tied to the Inventory that is being moved and the target Customer does not have that Article record the Article will be created under the target Customer

4. Set the Customer and Order for the Inventory then click the Move button towards the top of the popup

   • If the Articles do not exist in the To Customer they will be removed from any Tagged Inventory
   • Custom field values will be moved to the corresponding custom field in the new customer
   • Pick list values will be removed if the new customer doesn't have that value setup for the same pick list matched on Field Name.
   • After pressing move a count of items will display below the Order picklist </aside>
