<aside> 💡 The Transactions page lists any transactions that are invalid that come from Windfall Mobile Pro or the import tool. These should be addressed daily to ensure Inventory integrity. The Problem Codes indicate what issue needs to be resolved for each row.

Manage Transactions 📖


Navigate to the Transactions page

  1. Click the Transactions tab on the Global pane

The Transactions Count on the right side of the tab shows how many Transactions are invalid and or waiting to be processed

Select a Transaction

View Transaction Data

  1. The Refresh button populates the Transaction data into each tab

Update Transaction

  1. Locate the desired field and make the changes

    In the example, the user has already entered a new unique tag under the Details Tab, and they have entered a valid location here under the Locations Tab. Updated fields will turn yellow, signifying the need to Save.

  2. Click the Save button towards the top of the screen to commit the change

Process Transactions

  1. Select the Transactions for processing and click the Process button
