Inventory Storage 📖

Navigating the Wizard

1. On the Report Designer Page, click the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the page, then click the Design in Report Wizard option

   

2. Select your Report Type

3. Select Yes, let me choose an existing data source from the list and click Next at the bottom, righthand corner of the Wizard

   

4. Select the InventoryStorage Data Source

   

5. Select the fields that will display on the report

   

6. Select fields to group by, this is optional

   

7. If there are integer type fields selected in step 2 then functions can be performed on the report

   • Select the field like weight
   • Select the function like Average, Count or Sum
   • Set Ignore Null Values can be set to true if desired

   

8. Click the Finish button

Adding Parameters

<aside> 💡 In it’s current state this report will display nothing; predefined parameters must be configured

1. Click the Field List button

   

2. Click the Carrot button on the Parameters row

   

3. Click any of the parameters and then the Edit button

   

4. Set each Visible and Enabled to Yes for each of the three parameters then click OK
