<aside> 💡 Digital Inventories from HQ Driver can be imported into HQ Warehouse to an existing Customer. The First Name, Last Name (and Account if it’s a Commercial Customer) must be set in HQ Driver prior to syncing an Order.

Importing a Customer, Order and Work Order from HQ Driver 📖

  1. Click Sync Center in the Global pane

  2. Set the Registration Number as the Order Number from HQ Driver, the Company, Agent, Warehouse and Carrier then click the Search button

  3. Data from the HQ Driver Order is displayed and the selection is automatically set to Add to Customer; click the Import button to create the Inbound Work Order for an existing Customer

    Note: Alternatively Create New Customer can be used

    Note: The First Name, Last Name (and Account if it’s a Commercial Customer) must match in both HQ Driver and HQ Warehouse
