Importing Inventory Transactions πŸ“–


Transaction Imports

  1. Click the Transactions tab on the global pane to open the Transactions page

  2. Click the Import button at the top left to open the Import pop up

Download Template

<aside> πŸ’‘ On the Import pop up, click Download Template towards the top to download a copy locally

Enter Transaction Data into the Template

  1. Open the Transaction Import Template file in a spreadsheet editor like Excel or Google Sheets

<aside> πŸ’‘ Row 1A through 1CU map to the existing fields in HQ Warehouse. They cannot be edited. Headers highlighted yellow are required fields.

<aside> πŸ’‘ NOTE: The best practice is to copy and paste values like Parent, Company, Warehouse Code or Customer into the sheet as they must match verbatim

<aside> πŸ’‘ The Custom Check columns must contain a value of β€˜True’ or β€˜False’. They will not process if left blank
