  1. Fill Out the Article Import Sheet

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Article Number, Category, Type, Description and Reader Description are required fields

    NOTE: the Description displays on the Inventory grid and Reader Description displays on mobile

  2. Import Article Spreadsheet

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Navigate to the Customer, then click the Articles tab, then click the Import button towards the top of the page

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Click the Browse button and locate the .XLSX spreadsheet locally then click the Next button at the bottom of the popup

  3. Mapping

    <aside> πŸ’‘ The left column contains the HQ Warehouse fields that correspond with the spreadsheet’s columns on the right

    <aside> πŸ’‘ If the spreadsheet has multiple sheets, use the dropdown at the top to toggle between them

    This import contains Attributes. The Attribute is mapped to the corresponding Label.

  4. Update Existing Inventory

    <aside> πŸ’‘ Use the Update checkbox to choose whether or not existing Inventory is updated too

    False: Only the Article will change, existing Inventory will still display the previous data; new Inventory associated to that Article will display the updated changes
