<aside> 💡 Digital Inventories can be sent to HQ Driver from ****HQ Warehouse. An Outbound Inventory Work Order is required to begin.

Navigate to the Outbound Work Order by Inventory and click the Sync button towards the top of the page
<aside> 💡 The Work Order must be in Submitted status; for more info see Work Order Articles

Set the Company, Agent # and Carrier then Click the Export button
Set the Notify Driver via Email to True and enter a valid email address to alert the driver
<aside> 💡 The Work Order will load with the Order Number automatically set; this is the Order Number the HQ Driver User will use to import the Inventory
Note: The word Synced will appear below the Order Number to indicate success

On HQ Driver, press the Plus button in the top right corner
Press the Download button
Set the Order Number from HQ Warehouse and press the Download button
Verify the information and press the Continue button
