From the Customers Screen, hit the Driver button in the top right corner

The only fields that will populate on reports are found in the top two sections: Driver Options and Hauling Agent Options.

Driver Options

💡 Inventory Type: Set the personnel role as a Driver or Packer
- Inventory Type: Switch between the Driver and Packer roles
- Enter Packer Initials: Create a list of one or multiple initials representing the Packers on a job.
- The initials can be selected from this list to note who packed a CP item.
- MoveHQ Settings: Enter the username and password for MoveHQ site.
- This will allow users to sync jobs to and from MoveHQ
- Enter Driver Signature: Use a finger to input the driver’s signature. This populates on reports.
- Driver Name: Enter the driver’s first and last name
- Driver #: Enter the specific Driver Number
- Safety #: Enter the specific Safety Number
- Packer Email: Enter the user’s email address
- Driver Email Type: Users can adjust this to BCC, CC, or OFF.
- BCC: Will copy the user’s email address to each email without the recipient’s knowledge.
- CC: Copy the driver’s email address to each email. This will display the driver’s email address to the recipient.
- OFF: Will not send a copy of the emails to user.

Hauling Agent Options

💡 Show Tractor/Trailer: Toggle ON to display fields to record the tractor and trailer numbers.
- Hauling Agt #: Enter the Agent Code for the company. This is required to sync jobs down to the device.
- Hauling Agt Email: Enter the email address for the company or dispatcher
- Hauling Email Type: Users can adjust this to BCC, CC, or OFF.
- BCC: Will copy the Hauling Email address to each email without the recipient’s knowledge
- CC: Copy the Hauling Agent email address to each email. This will display the Hauling Agent Email address to the recipient.
- OFF: Will not send a copy of the emails to the Hauling Agent address.

Application Customization

💡 The last section of the Driver Screen pertains to specific interface preferences.
- Damage View: Switch between Button or Wheel. This option refers to the way damages are entered in on the Exceptions Screen
- Ask: Prompts the user to select a preference each time
- Wheel: Provides spinning wheels to select damage and location
- Button: Provides different screens of buttons to select damages and locations
- Report Dmg View: Change how exceptions are shown on reports
- Codes: Shown on reports as numeric codes
- Description: Shown on reports as descriptive words.
- Property Conditions: Toggle the Room Damages Screen ON/OFF when adding a new room
- Quick Inventory: Toggle Item Details Screen ON/OFF when adding a new item
