Details, Shipping, Attachments and API Tabs 📖

The Details tab can contain information about who will work the work order, whether it came from the portal and various shipping information
- Approved By: Will be automatically set when a Portal User submits a Work Order to the Warehouse
- Order #, PO#, ****and Job # get sent to mobile

💡 The Shipping tab can include the delivery Warehouse or the delivery location Inventory is getting shipped to
- The Select Address button pulls the list of addresses created on the Customer Details page
- The Scheduled Delivery field is a requirement for submitting web work orders from the customer portal
- There is Google Maps integration on this tab, type in the top, left-hand field to lookup an address

💡 Warehouse Users can attach files to Work Orders
- AllowedFileExtensions=".doc,.docx,.odt,.xls,.xlsx,.ods,.pdf,.txt,.ppt,.pptx,.odp,.zip"
- Click the Browse button; navigate the local device to select a file to upload
- User the X button to remove the file from the list
- Use the Download button to download the attachment

💡 The API tab contains Work Order Messages; these are messages sent through the API for warehouse users
- The Receipt Sent checkbox can be unchecked so that the Receipt APIs can call the work order again
