<aside> 💡 The Component Fields page allows HQ Warehouse users to configure fields that can be captured for Components per Customer. There are Standard fields that are available for every Customer. There are also Custom fields that are available for each Customer: 20 texts, 8 dates, 8 integer, 8 decimal 8 checkboxes and 8 picklists. Each field can be configured to display on mobile and the web. Additionally, the fields on mobile can be ordered on this page.

Setting Up Component Fields 📖


Setting Custom Fields

  1. Click the Configuration tab to get started

  2. Click the Components Fields Tab

    <aside> 💡 The grey rows are Standard Fields; they exist for every Customer

    The white rows are Custom Fields; they exists for every Customer and can be customized

  3. Click into a Custom Field label to rename it

  4. Check the Inv. Display box to have the Custom Field show on the Customer’s Components grid

  5. Check the Windfall Mobile box to have the Custom Field get sent to mobile

  6. Check the Remember Value box to have mobile remember the last value used for this Custom Field

  7. Click the Save button towards the top of the page

Ordering Fields for Mobile

<aside> 💡 Warehouse users can set the order of the fields on mobile using the Blue Arrow buttons at the bottom of the fields list
