Navigate to Backup screen
Begin on the Customers Screen, and hit the Maintenance button. Then Select Backup.
Open Auto-Backup Settings
Adjust Auto-Backup Settings
The Auto-Backup Settings Screen is where users will determine if a backup database is taken automatically, what is included in the backup, and how often the app will backup the database.
When finished making changes, hit the Backup button in the top left to return to the Backups Screen. Then hit Done to return to the Customers Screen.
<aside> 💡 Enable Backups: Toggle the Automated Backups feature ON/OFF
Include Photos: Toggle whether the Automated Backup will include images from the database
Adjust the wheels to set the interval and unit of time. In the image above, the app will automatically backup the database every 4 Hours.
Setting the interval too extremely in either direction will cause the device to have too many or too few backups. This may make data recovery more difficult or impossible.
MOVEHQ RECOMMENDS A NORMAL INTERVAL OF BETWEEN 4-12 HOURS

When doing a large or complicated job, users may want to increase the interval to 15-20 Minutes. This will take more backups throughout the process, protecting progress should something go wrong. Just remember to change it back to the NORMAL INTERVAL when finished.
