<aside> 💡 Setting an Order to Inactive is the way to remove Orders that are not used from HQ Warehouse. Orders can be archived to remove them from the Active Orders grid. These Orders can be found in the Inactive Orders grid along with all the history that has been associated with the Order.

Navigate to an Order for any Customer
View the Order set the Download and Keep Active fields to False
The Weight must be set to zero; click the Edit Weight button to make an adjustment
Set the Weight to zero and set the Date to the day the order should archive
Set the Date to the previous day to archive the Order instantly
<aside> 💡 To Archive an Order, there cannot be any open Work Orders related to the Order

Navigate to the work order tab, and ensure all work orders are set to closed
<aside> 💡 No records should return if the filter at the top of the page is set to Open
